IntelligynAI är ett AI-drivet beslutsstöd, avsett att används vid ultraljudsdiagnostik aväggstockstumörer som hjälper undersökaren att skilja mellan godartade och elakartade tumörer. IntelligynAI en medicinteknisk produkt klass IIB. Vi driver för närvarande de regulatoriska/kliniska studierna på Södersjukhuset som kommer att slutföras under Q4 2024. Syftet med denna ansökan är att ta Intelligyn detsista steget mot ett fullt utvecklat kvalitetsledningssystem och teknisk dokumentationså att vi kan skicka in till vår notifying body BSI inom 1 år. AI-modellerna som ingår i IntelligynAI-plattformen har en vetenskapligt bevisaddiagnostisk precision som är i nivå med eller överstiger ultraljudsexperter, med enrobusthet prestanda över olika patientpopulationer, ultraljudssystem och tumörtyper. Vi har också visat att introduktion av AI drivet stöd som en ´second reader´ kan minska resursutnyttjandet med 63% samtidigt som den diagnostiska precisionen kan ökas. Vi ränker med att detta leder till ett bättre resursutnyttjande, minskade köer, färre onödiga operationer och försenade cancerdiagnoser. Vi har redan påbörjat arbetet med att utveckla ett QMS system för Intelligyn. Vi fick nyligen godkänt av läkemedelverket att påbörja våra kliniska regulatoriska studie IntelligynAI-FS, CIV ID: CIV-24-02-046166 (Dnr 5.1-2024-28221). Vi kommer parallellt med att de regulatoriska studierna fortgår sammanställa den tekniska dokumentationen som krävs för att kunna skicka in dokumenten till vår NB BSI.
